Why do we work with Governance, Risk and Compliance?

Corruption, fraud, serious breaches of law and other unacceptable circumstances affect owners, employees, customers, business partners and other business associates. Compliance may be understood as compliance with laws, rules, guidelines and requirements. The term includes information management, risk management (law) and corporate governance.

Corporate governance is a set of principles on how companies should be lead, organized and managed.
